2025 has been an incredibly fulfilling and productive year at Paper Giant.
We've moved from imagining what a human-centred technology practice could look like to actually delivering it — completing the first set of substantial technical projects and seeing firsthand how design thinking and technical capability can work together to create better outcomes for the people who matter most. We'll have more to share on this soon.
This year also saw us deepen our commitment to systems change, working with clients who share our belief that lasting impact requires looking beyond surface-level solutions to the underlying conditions that shape how systems work. It's challenging, rewarding work, and we're proud of what we've achieved together.
As we head into 2026, we're carrying forward the lessons of this year: that technology for the sake of it never works, that meaningful change takes time, that collaboration multiplies impact, and that the best solutions emerge when we bring diverse perspectives together around shared purpose.
